Personally i would ask a guy out, but i wouldent propose to a guy,lol propsing to a guy, i wouldent do that.
i think its alright, since the guy might be shy, or just might not know your interested in him, so go ahead. Its a new day and age. lol

I don;'t think there is anything wrong with asking a guy out. If you like a guy go ahead and make your move before it's to late.

speaking from a guys opinion it would be alright. Sometimes it is nice when the girl makes the move, and really nice if you have had a run of bad luck with the ladies.
