you can do this by eating more small meals instead of just breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Make sure they are healthy of course, but eat yogurt for breakfast, then have a mid morning snack (fruits or veggies), then a healthy lunch, then a mid afternoon snack, then dinner, then an evening snack before 7 or 8pm. Don't eat after this time. This should help speed it up.

drink alot of water and a good way to make sure that your getting enough excersice is to buy a pedometer it's only $8 or $9 and just look at the instructions it tells you what your weight is and it tells you the amount of steps you should take a day.

Eat like six small meals a day. Have to keep fuel in your body. Think of it like a fire, if you keep fueling it, it will keep going. If you don't it will die out. Same with your metabolism. Keep fueling it and it will keep going, if you don't it will crash.

YOU CAN USE MIND CONTROL........JUST START DOING SOMETHING, START SLOW , THEN YOU WILL START SPEEDING UP AS YOU GO........THIS WORKS FOR ME........TRY AND DO SOMETHING EVERY DAY......THIS WORKS BEST IF YOUR CAREFUL WHAT YOU EAT AND HOW MUCH
