I dont get how you can claim to be exclusive from everyone else. Sounds a bit pompous to me. That would be like you saying " I and only I have the cure for HIV NOOO one else" when just across the room a guy has the same cure, but in your own mind you are the ONLY one with the cure. You would be considered a fool and a crazy person because everyone else can see someone else has the SAME thing you do but doesn’t claim it as their own. so how can you go around saying JESUS is the ONLY way. For all you know that guy never was around. And where i live all you see is Christians saying its only him its only him...you never see a Muslim or anyone else do that. So please STOP thumping because not everyone wants to hear lies like you have been fed.

Things are not only one way and I have no particular way other than to understand what God, Jesus and the Bible are, by separating the wheat from the chaff.

And what you say is not true. You must live in a Muslim Country, for the Muslims say the same thing about Allah and the Koran. They are always quoting the Koran.

And the Muslim religion is the same way, too. And I'll wager it will get you there too, but you have to separate the Wheat from the Chaff.

If you're a Muslim do you REALLY beleive if you blow people up (the infidels) that Allah will reward you with 72 Virgins in heaven. And DOES IT SAY in the KORAN that they will be pretty virgins AND of the OPPOSITE SEX!

Maybe if you're a guy you'll get 72 virgin guys!

And is a religion based on that concept heavenly? Peaceful? Tolerant?

If that truly is what Islam is about, then it's not a good religion, but I think that's not what Islam is about. I think that's the CHAFF, not the wheat!

Read harder, read deeper. Stop lisenting to Ayatollahs.

Priests and Ministers are the general downfall of Christains religions!

YOu don't listen to man! You listen to God!

Any God who tells you to go out and kill innocent, arbitrary people is not a good God.

No Christian follows a God that says KILL THE HEATHENS. GO GET A BOMB AND BLOW THE HEATHENS UP AND I'LL GIVE 72 GIRLS TO SCREW!

What kind of a holy god is that!?

That sounds more like Satan to me!

Now, go off and FIND your God. You're TRUE GOD!

What kind of a GOD gives sex toys to someone for killing people! That's a God!

Sounds like one of those Gods the Greeks and Romans worshipped back in ancient times!

Is Allah and the Koran really like that!

The Christian Bible is not!

That is not what God and Jesus is about.

But Jesus is not easy to follow, even for Christians.

Jesus said LOVE YOUR ENEMY THE MOST.

To an Muslim this means, love the JEWS the MOST, love the AMERICANs the most.

Is that easy to do?

No it ain't!

Christians have to love Athiests, Jews, Muslims, Buddists, Hinuds, Fornicators, Adulters, Drug Addicsts, Homosexuals, the Klu Klux Klan.

Not an easy thing to do.

Most fail this test.

Okay, let's try this analogy. Being a nurse, you know that the way to heal a broken arm is to set the bone, perhaps put pins in it, put a cast on it, and let it heal. Now, if someone across to room said, "Hey, I have a better idea, let's just cut off the arm" Would that be considered a viable option? Would it even be considered by a sane physician? Now, say another persons says "Lets grab hold of his hand a pull really hard, that will fix it too" Would you try it? Why not? Maybe it is true? Of course not.
So it is with God, there is only one brand of truth. Jesus, who did exist, said He was the exclusive way to Heaven. Jesus claimed to be God, part of the triune Godhead. You have to decide whether the historical figure of Jesus was lying, a lunatic or telling the truth. There is no other option.

You never see a Muslim say there way is the only way? You havent visited the board much, have ya?

Freedom of Speech and Religion, you know the same laws YOU have that gives you the freedom to say that, is the same right I have to say:

How do you know He wasnt a Real Guy, and the Savior? Jesus himself SAID he was the ONLY way. And the funny thing about it, is its not a secret, we ALL have the "cure", fact is some people use it and some people dont.

To each his own.

I think Nicole Nordeman has a song that says What if I'm wrong? Then what? But what if I'm right?
You should listen to that song and perhaps think about the What if's.

And if two people have the same medicine then it is the only cure yet everyone can benefit from it, but if the two medicines are different then the truth is that only one of the people will be cured. Christ is the only way to heaven, but anyone can accept him and go to heaven. So there is only one way, but anyone can go.

I was in solitary confinement in the Navy Brig for the second time, when I read the New Testament from beginning to end. The person it was all about, became alive to me and spoke to me across time. He changed my life. That was 27 years ago. He has walked with me through my life from that very moment until today. And I know he is going to be with me forever. I believe in Him because I know Him personally. The people in the Bible, including the writers of the Bible, are describing the same exact experience that I am experiencing today. If the Bible wasn't true, I don't understand how this could happen.

I don't know who God is, even His name. Yet. But I do know who His Son is. And, I don't "thump" to anyone. (You did ask, right?) It isn't exclusive. God loves all of us. And his way is freedom, not restrictive. Christians know that they are no better than anyone else, we are just the ones who are saved. Would you like to be? All you have to do is let go of your fear of the unknown, and recognize that Jesus loves you. He does, like it or not. I have a grad degree, and it is not in religion. It takes a lot to be a prof. in any discipline, so I'm not stupid, even if I'm just a poor poet. But because I am a Christian, I also know that every human on the planet is my equal. Every one. Bless you. Bless you bless you bless you.
At 10am eastern time every day, I will pray for peace for you within, and an easing of your burden of sadness, the one from childhood.
Wherever two or more are gathered in His name, there is love.
You don't have to do anything, just sit there in any back pew, soak it up. He's there for you. You don't have to be there for Him.

You say that God is a lie because you are blinded from seeing the truth. Ask yourself, have you ever taken the time to truly search for God, or are you too busy assuming everyone who believes in God is wrong and you have all the answers???

1 Corinthians 1:18
[ Christ the Wisdom and Power of God ] For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

God loves you and He wants to have a personal relationship with you through his son Jesus Christ. I'm sorry if that upsets you but would you be upset if you were on the 5th floor of a burning building and a fireman appeared at the window on a ladder and told you that he was your only means of escape? Is that pompous or is that truth?

John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Josephus mentions Jesus in Antiquities, Book 18, chapter 3, paragraph 3 (this paragraph is so phenomenal, that scholars now debate the authenticity of some of the more “favorable” portions of this text):

“Now there was about this time Jesus, a wise man, if it be lawful to call him a man; for he was a doer of wonderful works, a teacher of such men as receive the truth with pleasure. He drew over to him both many of the Jews and many of the Gentiles. He was [the] Christ. And when Pilate, at the suggestion of the principal men amongst us, had condemned him to the cross, those that loved him at the first did not forsake him; for he appeared to them alive again the third day; as the divine prophets had foretold these and ten thousand other wonderful things concerning him. And the tribe of Christians, so named from him, are not extinct at this day.”

Josephus mentions John the Baptist and Herod in Antiquities, Book 18, chapter 5, paragraph 2:

"Now some of the Jews thought that the destruction of Herod's army came from God, and that very justly, as a punishment of what he did against John, that was called the Baptist: for Herod slew him, who was a good man, and commanded the Jews to exercise virtue, both as to righteousness towards one another, and piety towards God, and so to come to baptism; for that the washing [with water] would be acceptable to him, if they made use of it, not in order to the putting away [or the remission] of some sins [only], but for the purification of the body; supposing still that the soul was thoroughly purified beforehand by righteousness."

Josephus mentions James, the brother of Jesus, in Antiquities, Book 20, chapter 9, paragraph 1:

"Festus was now dead, and Albinus was but upon the road; so he assembled the sanhedrim of judges, and brought before them the brother of Jesus, who was called Christ, whose name was James, and some others, [or, some of his companions]; and when he had formed an accusation against them as breakers of the law, he delivered them to be stoned: but as for those who seemed the most equitable of the citizens, and such as were the most uneasy at the breach of the laws, they disliked what was done."

Josephus mentions Ananias, the High Priest, who was mentioned in Acts 23:2:

“Now as soon as Albinus was come to the city of Jerusalem, he used all his endeavors and care that the country might be kept in peace, and this by destroying many of the Sicarii. But as for the high priest, Ananias he increased in glory every day, and this to a great degree, and had obtained the favor and esteem of the citizens in a signal manner; for he was a great hoarder up of money.”

The bible is a very old book showing us even the geneology from Adam to Jesus. The history and prophesies are accurate and when it comes down to the nitty gritty....Jesus not only saves but He changes your life. I tried doing pagan god rituals, trying to do things my way...none of those things worked. God came to me when I was seeking Him and after that everything changed. So its not about a religion your born into. You can believe what you want. No one is forcing you to believe in anything. I am telling you from what I know from experience and looking for God. Jesus is the only way.

Well if you do a little research pretty much all religions claim to be exclisive. Especially islam. But the Bible does tell us no one comes to the Father but by The Son.
