I don't know that it is "good advice" but it is honesty... that is what I give when asked questions?

Sure. So far 13 of my answers have been picked as "Best Answer." I try to be helpful. I avoid "loaded" questions that are only designed to bait you and are obviously written by racists, religious fanatics, etc.
I have fun with my answers, sometimes being a little sarcastic when the question is silly, like the one I answered about buggers (chosen as a best answer, BTW,) but I never try to hurt anyone's feelings, I always include something factual and/or helpful.
This is mainly for entertainment, but you can make a positive difference in someone's life too.

Everybody helps even with bad advice, so the person can find how helpful the good advice is.
You have to have the good and the bad so you can tell how good the good advice is.
So I would say I always do, even in a good way from bad advice.

I try to give good advice. But being that I get very few best answers, i must not be doing a very good job. But I will keep trying.
