You didn't give any parameters, an all-out war would then include strategic nukes and in that scenario, there is no winner. In a nuclear war, the only true enemy is war itself. The strategic powers (USA, Russia, China) will face mutual annihilation, thus the basis of the MAD doctrine.

China has the biggest military in the world by far.
I dont know why this China would even try to attack the US. If we had a war, tons of citizens on both sides would be killed.

Land War there - China (if conventional).
Land War here (USA) -we would take out any new troops or re-supply with our Navy.
Nuclear - No one wins, but we could eliminate them quickly.
No one really wants to think about that scenario much. Probably the only country that would cause us severe problems, due to their sheer numbers.

America has the technology...
Both have Nuclear bombs...
It is clear to me...

right now the U.S. would make a hard fought win win big causualties due to the nukes but in 25-50 years they wqould annihlate us.

The US, we are better equiped, better trained, and we would have air superiority in a few months (their migs are not a match for our fighters). Once our B-52s have free reign our carpet bombing would take care of their numeric superiority.

the US would win the chinese wouldn't have the resources to fight in a sustained war they have too many people. Our weapons are far superior compared to theirs and we have a much better trained military.
