I left my neighbor a note in his mailbox this morning, in the afternoon i'm sitting outside with my cousin (female) and he comes downstairs says hi not even turning my way and kept going to his car and left. So, I'm guessing my offer for a movie/drink has been denied. guess im not his type... thanks guys for your help anyway.

Did you consider that he may not have even SEEN the note? You may be lucky too. What if it doesn't work out, and then you're LIVING right below this guy? Not a good scenario.

did he even check the mailbox?? and the best way to ask someone is face to face..that way. w/e answer you get. you're sure of it
