Take her to the vet immediately. No one here is qualified to diagnose your kitty and she needs medical attention. Please, take her to the vet, now.

I'm so sorry... I had a manx cat once and she had no control over her urine movement. I don't think there is an operation for it, because if there was I know my parents would have paid for the operation. She had to be put to sleep... I'm really sorry to be the bringer of bad news. But I don't think there is anything you or a vet could do.

If you have had this happen before and they die then you are just making the poor thing suffer. Take it to the vet and let them do what they think is best. Don't let it suffer

For God's sake, PUT IT DOWN!!!!! Why do you keep letting these kittens live only to die??? Why keep a kitten alive that can't control its bladder and bowels???????
If it is the same mom that keeps producing these kittens, GET IT SPAYED!!!!!!!! It is unfair to keep letting this happen!!

And there is no treatment, they lack spinal cord and proper nerves, they cannot replace them!!!!!!
