No doubt technology. Spirituality only deludes people into thinking that it works. Technology, on the other hand, has scientific evidence to back it up.

It all depends upon your focus and priorities. If you prioritize things that make this life easier in a physical sense then technology wins hands down.
If you prioritize being saved for all eternity, experiencing peace and contentment that isn't subject to the changing conditions of the world and your circumstances then a spiritual relationship with God through Jesus wins hands down.
Look at all of the people who are upset because Yahoo messenger is down? Or look what happens when a person's car isn't working. Mine hasn't been working for over a month but I'm not stressed out because my trust is in God and not in the things of this world. As it is written:
Jeremiah 17:5 Thus says the LORD: "Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart turns away from the LORD. 6 He is like a shrub in the desert, and shall not see any good come. He shall dwell in the parched places of the wilderness, in an uninhabited salt land. 7 "Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose trust is the LORD. 8 He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit."
