Four half-brothers and at least two half-sisters.
Mark 6:3
Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.

ALL his disciples were his brothers and sisters.
Mary, his mother, had NO other children. This is the constant teaching of Christianity since the beginning. The other "brothers" of Jesus were actually cousins and children of another Mary : John 19:25 - the following verses prove that James and Joseph are Jesus' cousins and not his brothers: Mary the wife of Clopas is the sister of the Virgin Mary. Matt. 27:61, 28:1 - Matthew even refers to Mary the wife of Clopas as "the other Mary." Matt. 27:56; Mark 15:47 - Mary the wife of Clopas is the mother of James and Joseph.Mark 6:3 - James and Joseph are called the "brothers" of Jesus. So James and Joseph are Jesus' cousins.
Matt. 10:3 - James is also called the son of "Alpheus." This does not disprove that James is the son of Clopas. The name Alpheus may be Aramaic for Clopas, or James took a Greek name like Saul (Paul), or Mary remarried a man named Alpheus.

We know of James, Joseph, Simon and Judas from Matthew 13:55-56. Remember, these were brothers only in that they shared the same mother, Mary, since Joseph was not Jesus' father, so they were really half-brothers.
Matthew 13:55-56 "Isn't this the carpenter's son? Isn't his mother's name Mary, and aren't his brothers James, Joseph, Simon and Judas? Aren't all his sisters with us? Where then did this man get all these things?"

Four half-brothers and at least two half-sisters.
Two of Jesus' half-brothers were also authors of books in the New Testament, James and Jude.

Jesus had Four brothers
James, Simon, Joseph, and Judas
Isaih 7: 14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign: the virgin shall be with child, and bear a son, and shall name him Immanue
Matthew 1:23 "Behold, the virgin shall be with child and bear a son, and they shall name him Emmanuel," which means "God is with us."
Luke 1:27 to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the house of David, and the virgin's name was Mary.
Matthew 1:25 He had no relations with her until she bore a son, and he named him Jesus.
Matthew 12:46 While he was still speaking to the crowds, his mother and his brothers appeared outside, wishing to speak with him.
Acts 1:14 All these devoted themselves with one accord to prayer, together with some women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and his brothers.
Matthew 12:47-50 (Someone told him, "Your mother and your brothers are standing outside, asking to speak with you.") [48] But he said in reply to the one who told him, "Who is my mother? Who are my brothers?" [49] And stretching out his hand toward his disciples, he said, "Here are my mother and my brothers. [50] For whoever does the will of my heavenly Father is my brother, and sister, and mother."
Acts 15:13 After they had fallen silent, James responded, "My brothers, listen to me.
Acts 1:15-16 During those days Peter stood up in the midst of the brothers (there was a group of about one hundred and twenty persons in the one place). He said, [16] "My brothers, the scripture had to be fulfilled which the holy Spirit spoke beforehand through the mouth of David, concerning Judas, who was the guide for those who arrested Jesus.
Tobit 5:4-5 Tobiah went to look for someone acquainted with the roads who would travel with him to Media. As soon as he went out, he found the angel Raphael standing before him, though he did not know that this was an angel of God. [5] Tobiah said to him, "Who are you, young man?" He replied "I am an Israelite, one of your kinsmen. I have come here to work." Tobiah said, "Do you know the way to Media?"
Tobit 5:11 Tobit asked, "Brother, tell me, please, what family and tribe are you from?"
Tobit 6:7 [7b] The boy asked the angel this question: "Brother Azariah, what medicinal value is there in the fish's heart, liver, and gall?"
Tobit 6:11 Raphael said to the boy, "Brother Tobiah!" He answered, "Yes, what is it?" Raphael continued: "Tonight we must stay with Raguel, who is a relative of yours. He has a daughter named Sarah,
Tobit 6:16 Raphael said to him: "Do you not remember your father's orders? He commanded you to marry a woman from your own family. So now listen to me, brother; do not give another thought to this demon, but marry Sarah. I know that tonight you shall have her for your wife!
Matthew 13:55 Is he not the carpenter's son? Is not his mother named Mary and his brothers James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas?
Mark 6:3 Is he not the carpenter, the son of Mary, and the brother of James and Joses and Judas and Simon? And are not his sisters here with us?" And they took offense at him.

He probably had a few of each, though I don't know of any Biblical verses giving a number. One of them was named James, possibly another named Jude.
