I guess, but why would you want to do that? Your local humane society will do it much cheaper than a vet, maybe even for free if money is a problem for you. I wouldn't recommend diong it yourself though, not at all. For one, a certain amount of testicular cording (because I don't know the anatomical name for it) has to be taken with it or else the operation won't be effective. Also, the home is not a sterile environment and doing an at home surgery puts the dog's life at risk for a fatal infection. Just call your local humane society and ask them about when they are offering special prices for neutering.

no u have 2 take it 2 a vet it would be a lot better 4 the puppy if u do that w/ any dog no matter what the age is u could hurt the do

Who in the hell is going to perform this surgery? I don't know why you would even think of such a thing. Would you remove your tonsils at home?
This is scary and just not right. Either give the dog away or call around for help paying for it. I just don't know what to say.

Mutilate an animal by yourself and you could be subject to local animal cruelty laws.
If you can't afford to have him neutered, contact your local humane society. They'll steer you towards low cost / no cost spay neuter programs in your area.

yes i know a way but it is very painful to the dog and better to get it done by a vet, shelters sometimes have programs that help with the cost

Oh lord sakes alive. If you really can't afford to take him to the vet you should just let him keep his manhood. Don't hurt the dog. Don't do it to him! It would be too painful and cruel!

NO! Are you mad? The dog will have to be anesthitized to keep it still, it has to be done in a sterilzed environment, sutures...too much for anybody but a trained veterinarian.

the best thing you cna do is give your nine month old pup a good home and be responsible and take him to a vet clinic and have it done right... if you cant do that for your oet..you dont deserve it...

I have heard that if you put an elastic around his testicles they will rot and fall off. You should probably look into it before trying it though.
