well jsut go up and talk to them, I think they are like any other girl, just don't act like a pervert and they won't think you are one.

The first impression is everything.
What I mean is this.
If you approach a woman to ask her out and speak confidently and politely she will have a good impression of you.
Worrying that she thinks you are a pervert is not a good start.
I don't care whether you are a black man or an alien, you can find a girl attractive and ask her out if you like.

um...I don't necessarily understand the last part of this question however, from whta i get, you are unsure of how to approach a female outside of your race. As a black male, I guess this is something that may be very complex. I think that you should treat all female approaches the same. You just talk to her like you'd do a black female and be yourself cause afterall that's all you can be...

The same way you would approach a black girl. or asian, or hispanic, or polka dotted. Just go up to them, say hello, and be yourself.
Thats one of those things where you never really know how a girl is going to respond. You just might be her secret fantasy. Its not uncommon for white girls to dream of being with black men.

Smile and see if they smile back. If they do, they are interested. Don't be afraid. There is nothing wrong with talking to a person from another race.

We all have to stop thinking of ourselves as one color or another. We are just people. Blue eyes, brown eyes, dark skin, light skin....people. Just ask her out. She may say yes, she may say no. It may have nothing to do with your skin color.

don't call her lady or girl and don't use terms like holler at me or any cheesy pick ups and be honest if she likes you it don't matter if you are green even get it.
