It would be great if something so simple as a world-wide question & answer session would resolve all human kind's differences, but reality shows us only one thing: everyone is different and therefore everyone has a point of view on a matter. If we all agreed on everything we would be a very boring lot!
Another thing I've noticed with the election of best answers, people usually choose the answer they wanted to hear, not necesarily the best one.
If only everyone could agree on the futilty of wars; the waste of lives and the suffering it brings, then maybe we could get all the selfish, power-hungry politicians to sit down and play a little Q&A about their lives and beliefs, maybe they'd find out their cultures aren't really all that different!

It s teaching us to discuss our differences and listen to other opinions even though we may not like them. I guess it is a great thing. May be a precursor to global direct democracy.
