McDonald? Burger King? Wendy? Denny's? or others (indicate which). and why?

McDonald, according to a study by Harvard University, McDonald has the lowest calories and trans and saturated fat among all the fast food restaurant. The top fat containing restaurant is KFC.
So, I love McDonald!
However, the double cheese sandwich in McDonald has 700 calories and 1400 mg of sodium! Eat that baby and you'll cry! I recoomand a fish, or chicken (Don't go for the BIG MAC it has 580 calories and 1100 mg of sodium! If you go for the double BIG MAC that's 1000 calories and 1980 mg of sodium!)

Well the one I used to go to the most was Yoshinoya Beef Bowl, not found everywhere. And Tommie Burgers, only in Los Angeles.
It's been a long, long time but when I was a kid I had a terrible passion for White Castle originals, back when they were 15 cents each. But I haven't had a real one in decades.

I'm rather partial to Harvey's - GREAT burgers loaded just way I like them (no mayo, but with everything else, including hot peppers) AND they make the best veggie burger you can buy! I love that I can have my choice of sides in the combo - their onion rings are the BEST - and when I've had one of their burgers I feel like I've really had a meal!

Long John Silver's because I love fish.
Second choice, Arby's. Love that Arby sauce and horsey sauce on them.
Third choice. Jack In The Box. Yeah, I know they're not real tacos but I grew up eating them. Just can't resist Jack's tacos.

I just can't seem to stay away from Taco Bell (although I did give it up for lent this year). It's just so damn good. I know it's bad for me, but it's an addiction. As a matter of fact, I had a Crunchwrap Supreme combo for lunch today. It was awesome. Plus, they have that Mountain Dew Baja Blast that you can't buy in stores.

Sonic! Hands down. They come to your car, or you can drive through, or you can eat outside under cover. The food is dependable and good! Lots of choices, lots of drink choices (really, thousands of flavor combinations), they are inexpensive, have great chicken, burgers, corn dog, Chile cheese dogs, Tater-Tots, and my personal favorite the 'Tropical Smoothie'.

I like McDonald's strangely enough. Chicken McNugget value meal...go big, large strawberry shake, extra 6 piece McNugget, ketchup and 4 hot mustard sauces. Yum yum!

I love Carl's Jr. I worked there when I was a teenager and I still really like it. My favorite thing is the Western Bacon Cheeseburger.
