My morals say that you should wait until you get married. Thats the best way. But, if you choose not to make sure that's not all he wants u know. Make sure he is true about the relationship and that he will also be true to you.

You don't keep a man by having sex ! You just met him 2 weeks ago. Give it more time. When you first start dating it's all about getting to know each other first. Be in love first make sure this is what you want without any regrets. Making love is more important. You will know when the time is right. When you know the time is right then make sure he feels the same way to. If not then he he ain't worth it. Love is already complicated sometimes and sex makes it worse to sometimes. Always use protection when you think your ready !

Don't have sex to try to keep someone. Trust me that really doesn't work. Get to know him and determine if he is someone that you want to know for the rest of your life prior to having sex with him. I am only saying that because you mentioned that he seems to be interested in marriage, which tells me you are interested in marriage. Sex isn't a really good "hook" to try to grab a man. Getting to know someone, finding out if you are compatible, spending time together and sharing interests are what might help you find out if you are ready to marry this person.
The truth is you can have sex with anyone anytime and you can promise them anything and they you as well...but ultimately it is a momentary interaction and not really something to build a relationship on.

Are you people kidding me - she's 30 years old, and you say "wait until marriage". That isn't practical advice in 2006.

My advise is at least 6-7 dates...until you get to know each other, feel comfortable with him, and feel a connction - that it's something special.

Two weeks is not long enough to get to know anyone well enough to make long term commitments, casual sex with no strings is the best you can reasonably hope for in the time frame you describe

Until you feel like you are in love with him. That way you won't regret it later, and if it doesn't work out, it was worth it because you loved him at the time.

If you can't keep a guy unless you have sex with him, he ain't worth keeping.
