If you feed it, it won't go away. It will hang around expecting more. Best bet is to leave it alone.

Cats are finicky eaters. Are you certain it doesn't belong to one of the neighbors? Do not give it milk. Cats are lactose intolerant and will get diarrhea from it. You might try a piece of lunch meat torn into itty bitty pieces of you think its starving. But remember that once you start feeding it, it may keep coming back wanting more.

You should definitely give kitty some water. Cooked chicken is good, too. Human baby formula would be good if you have some, but do get some kitten formula as soon as possible. If you decide you would like to keep kitty around you don't want kitty getting too used to your food!

a cat will usually eat any kind of meat. ground beef would be great, or open a can of tuna. no raw poultry, of course, but cooked would be fine. kittens also usually like milk

Milk, cream good. Eggs raw or cooked, raw chicken if he's old enough. If he's really tiny, dunk his face in some cream or milk until they get the idea.

The antifreeze will kill it.
