Well, I got to tell you that she doesn't like it. Girls like confidence. You need to be more proud of who you are. But the more time you spend around her, the more comfortable you'll be, and the less shy you'll become. So spend time to her, force yourself to talk. Usually, the best way to converse is to think of things you want to know about her, and ask her about them. Then think of things interesting about you, and tell her. Find things that you both like, that you have in common. The more you talk, and the more you know about eachother, the less shy you'll be.

Well if she if your girlfriend and you really care about each other there is no reason for you to be shy around her.

Relax. Don't think you're the only one. I've been married for 2 years and my husband is still shy around me. I'll admit that it burns me up. It pisses me off. But I love him and I understand that he will come out of his shell sooner or later. If he can do it for a doctor maybe I'll dress up like one for him and that will help.

Why would you be shy around your gf?? How old are you? Are you old enough to be dating? And, if you just met her, then maybe you will need some time to get used to going steady with someone. Maybe you need to talk to her more, do things you both like with her. Take time to get to know her better. If she really loves you, she will take the time to get to know you too.

decide not to be shy based on the fact that you likely intend to spend the rest of your life with her-so why hide anything/feel too embarrassed to just be yourself around her.
The only one you'll be hurting in the long run is yourself hun.

Go with your strengths... bring up topics you're well versed in and when there's a lull in the conversation ask her about the things she's interested in doing in her spare time... books she's read... where she likes to shop. Good luck.

relax, and understand she is just as shy as you are. be yourself, laugh, and ask direct questions about what u wanna know. take her out for icecream, crack jokes, dont be too corny and remember, it will be alright. because she's either going to like you or not... so be yourself

If that is just how you are, then she should accept that. But if you are nervous or something, just talk to her and try and start a conversation with her for a start. Then just let things go from there.
