how do I get a birth certificate being born on a military base in the state of Washington?

Contact the state of Washington. Doesn`t matter if u was born on the base or not. The "major" city will have the records. It should cost around 5 bucks for a copy..

Contact the military hospital or the birth and death records dept for the county you were born in.

being born on a military base shouldnt make a difference.

No mater if it is Military or not it should be recorded in the State you were born, if not maybe you were kidnapped.
