Get a couple cans of the roast beef in gravy or pork in gravy--heat thru. You can normally find the beef or pork in the canned meats aisle. Make a package of instant mashed potatoes, Country Crock already made mashed or even fry some up on your own---spoon up the potatoes, pour meat and gravy over. You can add a salad or some veggies but either way, you have a complete, filling, homestyle dinner in about ten minutes-cheap and items that can stay on hand at all times and not go bad.
Good luck!

this is one of my favorite recipes and it tastes delicious. it's called cornflake chicken and its simple and easy. you use chicken breasts, corn flakes, eggs, and allspice. you start by seasoning the cornflakes with the allspice (and salt and pepper if you want) however much you want (depends on how strong a taste your going for there's no real set amount) and then you mash the corn flakes. not too much but enough to be able to coat the chicken. then you cut the chicken breats up into strips. take the eggs two or three depending on how much chicken you got and scramble them. then you take a chicken strip, dip it in the mixed egg, and then roll it in the cornflakes. make sure you completely coat it. then you put it on a cookie sheet (make sure you spray the cookie sheet so the cornflakes dont stick to it) doesn't stick). repeat that until you've done it to all your chicken. then you bake it. i usually bake mine at about 325 to 350 no more than that though or you'll burn them. check them every so often because if you cook them too long the cornflakes will burn and the chicken will get tough. i usally check after the first five minutes or so and then every two or three minutes after that.

when i make this i usually use corn on the cob and salad as side dishes. they taste good with mashed potatoes too. i love making this in the summer because it's quick and easy and sooooooo good. hope you enjoy

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMCGs

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Brown some hamburger. Boil some macaroni. Mix those together with ketchup and a tiny bit of sugar. Put in a baking dish and top with American cheese slices. Cook in the microwave until cheese melts. It is so good, tastes like a cheeseburger.
