I am putting together my wedding and wanted to know if anyone knows where I can get inexpensive bud vases to fit these roses:

First, a bong also didn't come to mind when I saw your title. LOL on that one.
Second, I would also look at dollar stores for the bud vases, but would also your wedding florist. Ask them where you can purchase bud vases wholesale. Since you're (probably) spending alot of money for flowers, they should be able to help you out on finding your vases, and they'll have alot of connections. Or at least ideas.
Third, I wouldn't stress over this either. Actually, it could be a great pre-wedding de-stresser to get all of your gf's over to have a painting, champagne and gabbing session. As well as a great memory. Good Luck. :)

Your local craft store such as Michales or JoAnns will have bud vases for about a dollar per vase. I know that Michaels carries them in both clear and blue. They don't list them on the website, but they'll have them in the store.
If you want to go a little funky and don't care if the vases match, search your local thrift shops. You should be able to find lots of vases and very low prices.
If you decide not to paint the vases, a simple bow made from organza (sheer) ribbon looks very pretty.

Visit your local discount/dollar stores. Stores like Dollar Tree, etc. You can find some very nice bud vases (crystal at that) and save a good deal of money. They even have some that are painted, so that could save even more money. I wish you the best of luck in your marriage and finding just the vases that suits your needs.

Dollar tree, dollar general, family dollar they sometimes have really pretty vases and are inexpensive but if you see them buy all you need at once cause they tend to have it only once, seems like if I find it there one time I don't the next. Good luck, by the way those are really pretty.

Walmart has lots of vases cheap and so does AC Moore and Michaels.

Go to one of those dollor stores.
It also seems that you are putting a big deal on a minor detail. Remember the wedding has to do with a relationship and not the event.
You can make it nice and not stress out eveyone around you
