They are illegal to begin with. What's all the complaining about? If they don't like it go back to Mexico.

That's what makes the 'illegal' immigrant desirable to the employer. Why would you expect someone who does not play by the rules when he hires you to play by the rules when he works you?
The employer knows you are not going to go to the labor board and complain. Also, if a worker is here to make money, why would he complain about the extra hours? Illegals who are just here for the beer and DHS benefits are what make the sincere illegals so undesirable. They take and take from the Government, but don't give anything back. If someone wants to be in out club, they need to pay their dues - taxes and Social Security!

As a legal resident and worker we have rights that are covered under law.
Being here illegally and working, well....you're here illegally meaning you are not going to be covered under the law.
That doesn't mean you don't have rights as a human. There are employers out there that are going to take advantage of your situtation though.
Try to find a reputable one that will help you and your family get a green card and possibly citizenship. My dad did that for his employees from Peru. The same family has worked for him for over 20 years now. They have become an extended part of our family now.
Good luck!

May be if illegals went back to Mexico, or their native country, they wouldn't have to work so hard.
Why do illegals come here if they have to work 14-16 hours a day? Go back to your better life...

Because us legals have laws that protect us. So we follow those laws. Illegals don't and are forced into slave labor by corporations and employers who hire them. Illegals do not have laws to protect them. Lucky for them to be in humane America, their countries surely don't give a sh*t about them or that they are forced into such labor practices under the guise of feeding their starving offspring.

Because illegals are stupid, and do the same jobas legals and citizens do for half the pay so they have to work twice as long.

Because when you are a legal worker, you have rights that you can enforce. If you are working illegally, what options do you have?

Jose, I don't know where you work or for whom, but it is legal to work that many hours if the job requires it. Believe me, I've checked into it. Employers may make you work as many hours as they wish as long as they make it clear to their workers when they are hired.
