Consider a language exchange. In this way, a Hungarian speaker who wants to improve their English will help you with your Hungarian if you help them with their English. You can find somebody to e-mail, chat, skype, etc with. Here are some sites to visit:

While most Hungarians don't have internet in their homes, internet cafes are common and quite popular. When I was in Kecskemet over Christmas, sometimes I had to wait for up to an hour before one of the computers became free at the downtown internet cafe. Don't underestimate the technology of Eastern Europe.
