I was saved about 6 months ago, and just turned 40 last Sunday. I WILL BE HONEST WITH YOU! it was an invigorating feeling, i actually had shivers, and once saved if you are committed it can be very hard at first. unfortunately my life has gone back to the way that it was, because people make religion the topic instead JESUS. you have to believe in your heart that Jesus is the son of God and change your ways for him since he gave so much for you. I MISS THE FEELING!!!!!!!!

"Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish",
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved"

Well being saved is not a feeling, it is jsut that, you are saved by the blood of jesus christ, sins are covered because a person has accepted that theyr are a sinner and that Jesus died to pay for all sins, hitlers, stalins, joe at the street corner,
"For god sent not his son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through him might be saved, he that believeth ON him is not condmned, but he that believeth not is condmned already. When i repented of my sins and accepted Jesus as the the way and that he payed for my sins, he saved my soul from future condemnation. I felt the burdens of this life lift off my shoulders. I used to wish i would die, but when i got saved i wanted to to tell the world that they too need to repent. Any more question on this issue, e-mail me PLLLLEAAASEE! im not gonn invite u to my church or nothin LOL, this will be between you and God

To be honest with you, unless you experience if for your self, it is hard to put into words. The one thing I can tell you is that once you are saved through accepting Jesus as your savior, you feel as if you can almost fly. Your insides are lifted up and you feel lighter than air. There is a happiness that cannot be compared to any other ever. You must experience it for yourself to fully understand what if truly feels like.

Being saved is when the soul is circumsized from the body and permanately separated from it for ever. Satan from that point on, can cause you phsyical pain, but he can never every touch your soul, because you belong to Jesus for eternity.

John 3:16-18
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
only Gen 22:2

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4 John 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

5 1 Peter 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

It's a satisfaction & peace of mind you feel that can't be compared to anything else. It's not a pleasure cruise - mind you...(there are lots of scumbags out there, who are living for the other guy ~ahem, 'satan'...who like to TRY and make it difficult. What they don't realize is: We already seen the end of the game, and God's side wins! haha)

I think you'll hear this alot, but I have to say it anyway; It's better felt than told.

I wouldn't be able to do it justice --- in describing what it's like.

Well if you're planning on getting saved it will be no mistake.it feels great to lay your head down at night after you've been saved to pray and for you to know that you will have the privilege of ascending through the pearly gates of heaven and that you will not share the same fate that some who aren't followers of the lord in any religion will have.just think compared to forever and ever and ever in heaven or hell life here on earth is short even if you live to be 100 years old.Forever in cooling water and streets of gold, or forever in lakes of fire and torture of evil spirits.

A relief. After you are saved, you have nothing to worry about apart of the unbelievers. Even though people don't believe in God, they are still afraid of death and the possibility of facing God, for God said in his word that He put eternity in every man's heart.

Like being stored in a jar of vinegar and pickled I should think! once you are saved you can't do anything that's worth doing or you get unsaved again....so it's definitely a pickling process.

NONE of us should "boast" about being saved> all we can do is pray and try to live the best life as possible>

Mathew 7:21-23 "Not everyone who says to Me, "Lord, Lord," shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, "Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?" And then I will declare to them, "I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness."
