Didn't you hear? There was a law passed back in '99 that turn-signals on cars were allowed to be optional.......

Certainly a way to get a ticket. However, laws aside-it should be done out of courteous to the drivers around.

THey all do here because the fines are so expensive for not using them..I cannot understand people not using them, dont they care about safety? They should increase the fines for people that donet use them...
