Hey! Just do the same advice you gave to me except in different terms! just go up to a really hot girl and ask her if you want to catch a movie or sumting or unless you have a really old frieend that is a girl that you have known a long time and see if you get shy. (highly unlikly) I asked the guy out and we are going to the Fair togethere thanks for the advice!

my daughter was very shy then she tried out for a small part in a play at school and ny performing in front of a large audience she overcame her shyness. And it wasn't even a speaking role. You could also just start talking to strangers in stores, male or female, until you feel comfortable then once you have a conversation going ask someone out.

From one shy person to other person. It's hard to get out of the shyness. Just be urself. That should work. I am still shy around some people then other. It will take time.

My girlfriend helped me with this... Its REALLY hard to get out of it sometimes... I'm shy and stuff around her still, even though I'm going out with her... (she thinks its cute the way my face gets blood friggin red lol)

Just do stuff you wouldn't usually do...
I temporarily broke my fear of rejection, just talkin with a long time crush at lunch, then i went and sat down, wrote a quick note, with plenty of sweet, kind words, and handed it to her as we we're going to our next class block... got my answer the next day... and been happy with her ever since....

Just be a little daring....be a bit unusual, and get a friend or two thats dealt with this before and get him/her to help you...

baby steps. Try to do something out of your comfort zone everyday, and gradually go from there. When you feel uncomfortable, it means you are growing.
