Raw meat is not good, its not advisable for the same reason you wouldnt eat it. It's a health issue. Salmanilla bacteria and disease. Dogs have a very high tolerance for stomache bacteria but can still be affected.
The issue of feeding raw meat as part (or the entirety) of a domestic dog's diet has proven to be very dangerous. What started out as an unresearched and unsubstantiated diet that qualified veterinarians dismissed as a fad, has now become a real threat for the well-meaning dog lovers who are striving to give their dog's the best. Additionally, dogs who are not on a raw meat diet are still at risk because of parasites and bacteria spread through feces at commonly shared parks.

Do a search for BARF diet...You can indeed feed a raw diet, which includes plenty of meat...
I raised a wonderful litter on the raw diet, and would continue feeding it, but moved to where I didn't have electricity, to keep food cold, for 3 years, and fell back to feeding 'bagged' kibble. I do feed a premium kibble, which I'm super happy with, but the raw diet was great, and the pups did beautifully!

You can feed raw meat, you need to research first and gradually introduce it to your dog. You need to find a vet or breeder that can point you in the right direction

The BARF diet is good. You just have to be careful what raw meat you feed your dog and how you introduce them to it. Some animals can't handle it. Just be careful.

Because dogs are domestic animals now and their stomachs can't handle what it did hundreds of years ago.

You even have to switch their food gradually because their stomachs can be sensitive.

You wanna eat what people ate hundreds of years ago? I don't.
