Acrylics will kill your natural nail eventually. Stop with the Acrylics and believe it or not, taking a prenatal vitamin will really strengthen your nails. It will not hurt you even though your not pregnant. If your not taking any other vitamin supplements, do this-it will work!

It seems silly but they say tapping on a hard surface works. I don't know if it's true, but my nails are rock hard.
