No don't worry, mine does the same. And you'd fall to the floor if you had to wear a fur coat on a sunny day! Just make sure they don't dehyrdate by putting down a saucer of water for them, as well as their milk. And if they start chewing grass, that's normal too in this heat.

Falling on the floor? They're probably just hot and like to soak up the sun. No need for vet, unless they're unconcious.

Maybe they are just basking in the sunshine...my kitty always looks for sunshine coming in through the window and flops down in it to sunbathe.
Or maybe its too hot and they are dehydrated and thirsty...in that case get them some ice water and a cold towel to lay on. Or take them to the vet if they are overly dehydrated and seem disoriented.

Make sure they always have fresh water. They could just be lounging. Play some nice music for them to relax by. Probably you don't need the Vet unless they seem lifeless and listless.

I would make sure they have a cool place to lay and that their water is changed often during the day. It sounds like the heat is getting to them. I would call the vets and describe the symptoms to him/her and see what they have to say.

like humans, cats get hot. Unlike humans, cats cant strip off & have a shower. I am a megga cat fan, & worried when I thought my cat was fitting recently. He wasn't. He's 11, needs food, and always fresh water & shade. I have 4 moggies(babies) & I treat them how I would like to be treated in this gorgeous weather. Shade food and fresh water xxxxxx

Give them extra water but they might just lay down because they like the sun from the window

GIVE THEM LOTS OF WATER!!! if they wont drink any, bring them to the vet...it could be that they are really dehydrated...if they are panting like a dog, its because they are trying to cool down. if not, vet pronto!
