* 4 parts vodka preferably citrus vodka but normal vodka will do
* 1 part lemoncello
* 1 part cointreau
* 1 lemon

INGREDIENTS
The juice of 6 lemons
4 Tbsp. sugar
6 fresh mint leaves
4 shots of vodka
Ice in shaker
A sugar-rimmed martini glass

Mix lemon juice, sugar and vodka in a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake well and pour into sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with mint.

Apple "Lemontini"

1 bottle (16 oz.) CRYSTAL LIGHT Ready-To-Drink Lemonade, chilled

1 medium Granny Smith apple, quartered, cored

1/4 cup vodka


PLACE lemonade and apples in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth.

STRAIN into plastic or glass pitcher; discard pulp. Stir vodka into lemonade mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

SERVE over ice cubes in tall glasses.
