Prepare yourself child for what you are about to do. Once done it can never be undone.Be honest with yourself first. Is this really what you want? Then be honest with them. They many be shocked and hurt at first,so understand this and be ready for it.If they truly love you it will work itself out in time. They may or may not accept your life choice ,but they will accept you.

I just think you should tell them. Being open to your family is one of the best things a person could do. You will probably be surprised of the outcome of you telling them but don't bring her first off just break it to them by yourself so it won't be to much for them to handle.

This may surprise you, but being gay and or bisexual, isn't something one can hide from their families.
They have known you from birth, and if they don't know the actual truth, they have probalby, guessed it already.
So just sit your mom down, and let her know, how it is.
It won't be as hard as you think.
