She often tells me stories about "belena"- that he/she is going to heaven to work work.......that balena said bye bye this way and that she would answer back like this. That she sees Balena in school, wore red, smiles at her and has short hair.
sometimes when she's doing something, she would remember balena---and say " just like balena right?" I checked her pre-school, asked her teacher, in fact i attended some of her classes i didn't see any balena..... who is she seing ? or could she have imaginary friends?

Lisa V, you are a closed-minded person.

As for my answer, Sylvia Browne often says to not doubt that this is a spirit that the child sees or even a child's spirit guide; Whatever you do, don't tell her it's not real; respect it, and reinforce it.

Also, laybe later try to get some information about 'Balena' maybe her full name, where she lived, when she died .. more details about her and research her. i bet you'd find something :)
Your child has a wonderful gift

Or maybe a sixth sense... It is actually common for children to see the spirits of people and think they are just as real as themselves... You can research the topic, but you may want to ask your daughter how she met the Balena.

my 4 year old sister is names bailey and she has several imaginary friends she recently started talking about she called them "invisible bailey" and "tiny bailey" and so forth. She says invisibly bailey is 5 and a little taller than her. And tiny bailey is about the size of a quater and is also invisible. They are all invisible. We asked her if they were real or fake and she did no they were fake and she makes them up. It could be a phase, or she could have something special about her. So people, whether people believe these things or not, really do have special "powers" so to speak and do somtimes see things. At this age though i would more than likely pass it off as a imaginary friend.

My daughter does that. With her, though, it is a little bit of just being her. She likes to name things. Lucy our car, jessica her bike, etc... For her, it is not so much an imaginary friend as it is everything around her. She also has Jason, the balloon boy, who misses his dad. Her dad is not around. And then there's Elizabeth the bunny foofoo. Her Tia's name is Elizabeth, and she also is not around. I found that she has also named her reflection. I think this has to do with her struggle during this hard stage in life of finding boundaries. She is 4, and trying to find the balance between good behavior, and her independence. In order to deal with this, she talks about loolie, and about how she acts like a naughty girl. She doesn't want to be like loolie. She wants to be good. It could be a little imagination, a little personality, a little intuition, and a little bit of what it is to be a kid, all rolled into one. And for your daughter, it's called belena.

i wonder this about my son from about the age of one he seem to talk to something that i could not see he is two now and will be three in oct. he still plays alone sometimes with his friend that is imaginary to me any way his name is brady and brady plays nice so i just let them play. no harm in that he goes to daycare and even there he will go off by himself and play cars with his friends the teacher has called my attention to it and i just inform her that brady has been there along time and as long as he will play with the other kids i not to concern right now. my brother had an imaginary friend when we were little too his name was bowbow and he keep him safe so imaginary gardian angle or what ever as long as child is happy and still plays with others i dont see the harm.
by the way my little brother is 25 and still remembers bowbow and i am kind of jealous that bow bow would not play with me.. i called tom my brother an asked him about this just a few months ago and we talked a bout bow bow he really did keep him safe and to this day he confessed that he not sure if it was imaginary or not just remember he was really sad when bow bow went away. around 7yrs said bow bow said he had to go to be with another little boy that was lonely. hope this helps

It could be an imaginary friend or it could just be her hand. For the longest time my daughter talked about rocko and Bebe. I have no idea where she got those names. Anyway a few months ago I found out that rock is her left hand and bebe is her right hand. It is perfectly normal for a kid to have an imaginary friend at that age.

could be and imaginary friend
although i had one and didnt ever see him/her
but if this isnt a friend then you should ask her to ask belena if she is good or bad, you dont want your little girl seeing a devil like spirit. If she is good then you have a spiritual child, this could be good or bad but im not really good at this stuff but i know someone who is email me and ill give you the address ( i dont want everyone to get it ) my email is **nmartin_54@yahoo.com**
i hope to here from you
BEST OF LUCK!!!

I think it's just her imaginary friend. It's normal for children to have them and talk about them to you. My 4 1/2 year olds friend is Bubby. He has been his friend for a year now. I also use to have on when I was a child. It's just a phase they go through. It will pass.
