Try 1/2 strength hydrogen peroxide (1/2 peroxide 1/2 warm water), put it in the ear and let it sit for a couple of minutes then try to shake the water out of the ear. If worse comes to worse, go buy some murine.

pulling down on your ear lobes works most of the time, it opens up inside your ear and stretches the bubble that has formed in front of the water, you'll know if it worked by the rush of warm water out of your ear, if not that, you can always try pouring a little rubbing alcohol in your ear, not more than a cap worth, that is recommended by pediatricians for all ages.

Tilt your head down so the ear with water in it is facing the ground. Then shake your head left to right really fast. That'll be $20 bucks

put your ear with the water in horizontal to the ground facing upwards, and then pour more water in (get a friend or adult to do this because its much easier), then as soon as you feel really horrible, slam your head 180 degrees so the water ear is now pointing to the ground, just keep repeating the slam movement until it comes out, works a treat for me!

Bang your head against a wall really hard. First on the left side then on the right. You may have to do it repeatedly. The harder you bang it the more water you get out. lol
