I today had a deja vu dream..it was kind of a Nightmare..it was about this unknown person killing other people as in a "Hitman".The first time I had this dream was about a month ago (atleast I think it was a month) but this time ,when I saw it again I could save most of the people in my dream because I knew how the Hitman is going to execute them from the dream last time.I even knew that I have had this dream (& I kind of had this feeling that it was a dream too as it was happening) ...Weird ?

I saw it as a third person ...I was not a hitman ...neither was I the victim ...but did know the victims :)

Yes, our dreams do have a meaning. I have thought about the dream dictionary ,they make sense, but the only person that can interpret their dream is the one who had the dream
After you wake up from the dream....write it down
write down events that are taking place in your life...write down things that are troubling you and conversations you have heard or had as well as things you have heard or seen on the news or on television
Our dreams are simply our subconcious playing as well sleep. Things that we worry about think about see and so on are all in a huge mass in our heads and our subconcious plays them. Basically our brains create a "movie" and we watch it as we sleep
Our dreams can indicate health problems One time I was having flu like symptoms and I was exhausted and nobody could figure out what the problem was. I had test after test. I had a dream that I could not swallow and went to the doctor and he found a swollen object in my throat. A year later, I was diagnosed with a toxic goiter which is an enlarged thyroid that was giving off toxins.
Sometimes our dreams can help us remember something or resolve a problem
We just have to pay close attention to details.

Let me analyze this dream for you

Hitman = bad guy, justice doer, Oppression.

There may be something that in your life you don't feel just about. You want to be fair in lots of things. You project Hitman in your dream repeatedly because you want to have Justice. There is something you may not do in life (boss, classmates, family), you want to vent it out in dream. Being a third person does not mean you are them. Your dream is part of you. You are the hitman as well as the victim. It all depends on your situation.

In your situation, you are hitman rather than victim because there may be some anger or hatred in your life and you want to vent it out.

I could be wrong, but this is how I see from your dream

Dreams are pretty slippery. Sometimes they seem like nothing more than regurgitation--your brain just dredges up a bunch of disconnected images. Sometimes they just involve sorting through current information, like when you start a new job and you then dream about working.

But sometimes, I think, dreams involve passive unsconscious processing of information that you've been sifting through in your conscious mind. Sometimes the imagery is different, and sometimes--especially if your brain generates an answer it thinks your conscious mind it isn't going to like--the connection between the dream and the conscious thoughts can be really obscure.

A dream like your may be a positive one--you figured out a script of actions and learned how to intervene. It may be that you've been working out a problem and now have begun to find remedies for it. Or it could just be brain stew, as some dreams are.

Practice to lucid dream, which is being able to control your dreams and you can save everyone and it might stop the dream from happening, and yes I think dreams have a meaning.

And who was the hit man? You?
I do think they some times have a meaning or more- especially if they're the reoccurring type
