There is no quick fix and if you find one, its bogus. It may work short term, but after that, you gain it back. If you are serious about loosing weight, eat right. Cut out soda, candy, snacks, sweets, and starches (ex. potatoes, breads, pastas, those types of things). Drink 8-10 8 oz. glasses of water a day and get some exercise!! You can occasionally (maybe once or twice a week) eat a treat to reward your self for all of your hard work. But losing weight takes time and effort! Go on walks, ride a bike, dance around the house for a few hours while cleaning... just get moving and eating healthy.

There's no proven benefit to drinking that much water. (Won't hurt, but it's never been shown to do anything.) Otherwise, you're on the right track.
