Why do we try so hard to change other people, show them the righteous way. We Judge others, call them homosexuals, liberals, ungodly. You know who you are. But when someone looks into your character and find a worse sin, you tell them "who are u to judge" Lets look into ourselves. Where is the love and undying compassion that jesus tought us. Where is the tolerance and grace that we admire and serves as the roadmap to our beliefs.
Lets stop to criticize others. LEts stop looking at the Homosexuals, and Muslims, the liberals and the ungodly as enemies. LEts take the plank out of our own eyes and fallow jesus for real this time. Lets treat everyone with Love and compassion. This is the way it must be, or the kingdom of God will never come as jesus wanted!

YOU SHOW ME SCRIPTURAL WHERE , A CHRISTIAN IS NOT...TO TAKE A STAND FOR GOD'S WORD, AND STAND FOR WHAT JESUS HIMSELF SAYS.

YOU SHOW ME THIS, MY FRIEND, I WILL NEVER SAY ANYTHING AGAIN.

UNTIL THEN....I WILL STAND FOR GOD.

I WILL STAND FOR THE WORD.

I WILL STAND FOR JESUS CHRIST.

IF YOU CAN'T AND WON'T STAND FOR GOD, DON'T BLAME US THAT CAN AND WILL.

JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF, SAID:

YOU DENY ME BEFORE MEN...I WILL DENY YOU BEFORE THE FATHER.

WHEN YOU DENY THE VERY TEACHINGS OF THE WORD.....ARE YOU NOT DENYING CHRIST?

CHRISTIANS ARE NOT HERE TO MAKE PEACE MY FRIEND. WE ARE HERE TO SPREAD THE GOSPEL. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO DO THIS, THIS IS A PERSON PROBLEM BETWEEN YOU AND GOD.

NOW, SIR. REMOVE YOUR HALO* AND GET WITH THE PROGRAM.

TAKE A STAND, OR GET OUT OF THE WAY, AND LET US, THAT WILL, DO IT.

YOU GO CHUBBY UP WITH THE VERY ONES THEY DENY GOD, CURSE GOD, BELITTLE CHRIST, AND HAVE LUNCH WITH THEM. I COULD CARE LESS WHAT YOU DO.

THAT IS EXACTLY NOT....WHAT THE WORD TEACHES AT ALL.

And who would be to blame if you saw someone almost walking off the cliff and you said NOTHING?
I would rather take the chance to save someone from hell than say nothing at all.
Ezekiel was in this situation.

Yes, there are people who are blinded by the god of this age. There are others who KNOW they are the enemy and do his bidding. But also ask this question:
Where do you draw the line and TELL THE TRUTH AS IT IS?
Jesus went right to the division of soul and spirit (Hebrews 4), where the Word is most effective. Christians need to learn this great witness tool in the church as well as outside the four walls.

When we are sharing the word of God, it is His word that convicts the hearts of the lost and not the one who is sharing the word. It is God's word that judges and corrects, not the person witnessing. When people chhoose that their sinful lifestyle, be it homoseuxality, liberals, etc this is what God has to say about that in the bible....

Romans 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
pleasure Psa 10:3, 1st Cor 13:6

God will stop reaching out to you if you continue to live such sinful lives, Dont blame it on the Christians.

sometimes when you tell the truth, it seems like judgement from the other person. It's not. But the truth can hold you accountable for your actions and I think that is what people hate. You can mention something that someone did without talking right at them and they get all bent out of shape. Why? Because they feel guilty about it. It's their conscience speaking to them. I feel it too. When I do wrong. Where did this come from anyway? I'll tell you. God said that he would imprint the law on our hearts. I believe that it acts out in our consciences. When we lie, steal, covet, etc. I understand your frustration and that of others, but realize that it takes a strong person to look at themself, be honest, and account for their own actions. We all will have to do it in front of God someday so you better hash it out with Him before the day comes. And this is why we tell poeple about what is going to happen. I know that I don't want someone to stand before God and get sentenced to Hell just because I didn't tell them. I would hate that. Now, if I tell them and they don't accept it. That's different. I did what I was supposed to do. You can accept what I say or leave it. It's not up to me either way, but I plead with you: accept it.

Call a spade a spade. Jesus himself confronted the Saducees,Scribes, and Pharasees. He did this to open their eyes so they would see themselves as G od saw them. I agree with IN Atlanta, being truthful is not being judgemental, and as far as being tolerant, was it not Jesus who turned over the changer tables in the temple when he found the people making the house of worship into a place of merchandise? I tell you, Jesus was not tolerant of sin then nor is he today, and we as ambassadors of CHRIST need not be ashamed of letting people know the WORD of GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Letting people know the truth is sometimes painful, but it is always needed. I am thankful someone showed me .

That's nice - but shouldn't we speak the truth in love to a world that needs it?
We are commanded by Jesus to make disciples, and it can be done in this format as well as others. If you tell the truth, it may not be accepted, or it may, but we have to tell it - albeit with a gentle and loving heart.
What are your specifics for following Jesus?
Jesus taught and told the truth all the time!

I agree we should not judge anyone, however; calling a thief a thief is not judgement.
Even Jesus said what people were- He called the Pharisees hyprocrites.
And on that note, I truly believe that satan has once again convinced Christians that being truthful about something- an adulterer- a murderer- is being judgemental. It's not.
And if you are gay- you are gay, period.
Just as I am a Christian woman, that is my label.

Actually this is a nice thought but won't work. You see Satan is the ruler of this world, so your kind words (AND THEY ARE KIND WORDS) won't work. Satan won't let it. He knows he has but a short time and wants to do all the damage he can, and he's greater than any human.

All we can do is what you suggest and do our best. However, God MUST intervene or all life will be lost the Bible says. YES, IT WILL GET THAT BAD, THAT IF GOD DOESN'T INTERVENE ALL LIFE WILL BE DESTROYED. "if he does not cut short his return, all life will be lost" (Mat. 24:22)

I don't judge anyone but the word of God judges, if we ALL don't know we are sinners why would we need a savior.

ALL HAVE SINNED AND FALLEN SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD. If we could save ourselves then Christ died in vain.
