Best solution is to get Business card blanks at your supply store like Staple, Avery makes blanks on 8 1/2 x 11 in linen, colors etc. Then open up Word, go to Envelopes and Labels. Chose Labels and pick out the # from the package for the type of labels. Click on New Document and a template will appear. Type in one business card, copy it and paste on the entire template. Voila, hit print. When you make the business cards, you are using a word processor (Like WORD) and you can insert a text box and insert pictures, graphics etc.

If you do not have Word, you can create business cards using Wordpad, the word processor build into Windows, it just take a little more work. (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Wordpad)

Begin by move the right margin in past the half way point of the page. (You are doing this so everything will print on the left hand column of your business card paper. Assuming you are using premade business card paper)

Create a "business card" that will fit on the first card of the paper you will be using.

Copy and paste the needed number of card down the page to fill all the cards on the left side of you business card paper

Now create a second document, all this time move the left margin past the half way point so that everything will print in the right hand side of the paper

Copy and paste your business card from the first document into this one

You will have to run the paper through your printer twice (once for each side)

if you are creating it from scratch use the label function in MSword. or use the wizard in MSPublisher

If it is a scanned image, the clip the image to the size u want and then paste it multiple times into MSword to fill a page and then print it

Hope this helps

Easiest way is to set up table in MSWord with appropriate size cells. Cut and paste the repeated entries into each cell. et voila!!!! It's done.
