I have been trying to cut down my sodium and bad fat intake but my family and I are supposed to order in Chinese Food tonight and I don't know what to get? I would like something low-cal, low sodium but higher in vitamins and protein... out of the following choices, which one is healthiest??

A. White meat sliced chicken with mixed veggies

B. Large shrimp with mixed veggies

C. Sliced Chicken and Shrimp with mixed veggies

Definitely the shrimp, seafood is always a healthy choice as long as it's not fried, besides eating too much chicken can be bad for you because of the hormones

Order a steamed dish, then use soy or duck sauce at home. That way you control how much sodium you are eating.
