You mean "You would like to interrupt this relationship for an important opportunity to do something just for yourself?"
The only chance you have of that is to talk to her and see what she says. You could get lucky - if you are in a situation where she will be working all summer anyway and you want to take the summer off.
If you don't get lucky she may hold it against you afterwards, of course. Maybe tell her that someone you know is doing it and gauge her response.
The bottom line is being in a relationship means following certain rules. You can only break them with agreement from both sides - and remember what is good for the goose is good for the gander. If you can do what you want, so can she - and if she finds someone better (who doesn't think taking time off from a relationship is important) you could just lose her in the end.
So think carefully and treat her respectfully and see what happens.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "interrupt" my relationship. Do you mean can your "actions" put a damper or hurt the relationship? Or do you mean can you take a time out from the relationship to "cheat" then go back to the relationship?

depends on how u wanna interupt the relationship if u wanna compleatly leave then just tell the person its gonna hurt the partner if u hang on your only hurting them and yourself if u dont feel rite about it
