Did the church doctrine change? If it did what types of things do you feel were different from the original church as Jesus initiated?

Yes there was, Paul and other apostles talked about wolves in sheep clothing. What this means is that there will be some who come in and change the teachings and the ordinances to fit the pagan society. Furthermore there is a scripture that talks about a falling away.

2 Thessalonians 2:3, "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;"

Galatians 1:6-7, "I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which isnot another ; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the Gospel of Christ."

There are others that talk about an apostasy, one needs to humble himself/herself to gain understanding that the scriptures give.

If the Catholic church is the true church then kindly show me where the title of Pope is in the Bible!

The church was NEVER organized while Jesus walked the earth. It started at Pentecost with the indwelling Spirit of God Himself. Jesus said that gates of hell it's self could not prevail against the church. I believe that the rock Christ built the Church on is the Faith that He is Christ the savior of the world.

No, although there are always people who apostatize.
Church doctrine has not changed, in 2000 years; although, if one looks at how her members behave, one would think the Church Christ founded (Catholic) had lost its mission...

Catholicism, as the original Christian church, is almost completely to blame for the changes made to Christian dogma. I myself am not biased as far as Christian denominations (since I'm an atheist), and I think that Jehova's Witnesses have it right, as far as their interpretation of scripture.
