If by right do you mean moral, masturbation is an amoral act. It is neither a sin nor arighteous thing to do.
If by right do you mean normal, human beings find pleasure from a great many sources throughout their lifetimes. Masturbation is normal if through self-discovery.
However, if you are aware of a child who is masturbating becasue someone is exposing them to sexual acts or is molesting them, then the child has been victimized and must be protected, while the violater needs to be arrested, arreigned, and prosecuted.

It is right to masturbate at any age. It is a normal and healthy thing to do. Do it in private, but you need not ever feel guilty for doing it. It is an important part of getting to know yourself and your sexuality.

It is normal for all young children to explore their bodies and to linger in the areas that give them more pleasure. Usually after a bit, they will move on and forget about it until they are older.

children play with their bodies...it's normal, because they are learning about the world around..
The only problem with masturbation is when it comes to interfere with your real life, because you shouldn't stay home just masturbating.

ti is matter of not right and not wrong-but wht to masterbute---why to start a habit which not a nessry fr yu-though lot of things stimulate yu to do so-but can we make our mind to not do it--it is better to nt stary in any age--if it nt nessry- get involve yur self in postive activities -dont see pon movies and magzine-do nt play w yur organ-
