What makes you think electronics don't all ready rule the world? Take out computers and banks don't work, airplanes don't fly, a lot of television and radio stations would go off the air, police couldn't do their job, your phones would stop, and the list goes on and on.

Yes, a little. There's too much technology. Someday there will be more technology than people, and that's my defenition of taking over.

Unfourtnetly yes. people will have taken electronics way too far to the extreme in the next 20years. :(
