Open communication is always a good thing! If it is something you like to do you should share it with the one you love! It helps to strengthen the bond between two people when the know more about each others likes and dislikes. But also remember this is a two sided street if she takes the time to listen to your boring rambling about video games you have to listen to her boring (and sometimes scary) chatter about her period cramps or her problems with split ends(hair) or whatever. Most women can out talk men. I hope you like the sound of her voice because sometimes it's easier to get them started then it is to shut them up!

it is only ok to talk video games with your girlfriend if she is into that too. if not she will just get bored and wont be interested in anything that you have to say for the rest of the day because she will think that it will all be related to the same topic. Talk about something that you are both interested in and you will find that she will repect you more for that.

I would say only if she is interested in games as well. Or if she's not, only so often. Don't make it the only thing you talk about. She may get bored after a while. I did. I left his butt faster than he could plug in his controller.

Yes you can talk to a girl about video games just not every single minute of everday.
She wants to know your interest but she also want to know that you don't spend more time thinking about everything else than you do her.

ummm well if she is interested in them then fine. I play this game on the computer and my bf always teases me, but then i try and explain it to him and he seems like hes interested but i know he really isnt. So talk about something else and keep it for someone else who is interested

I don't see what's wrong with it because it's something that interests you, but don't talk about it too much to where you bore her to death. My boyfriend talks about music and hockey entirely too much and it gets to the point where I just stop listening and say "Yeah" and "Uh huh, I know what you mean".
