is there any software that if i am downloading a programme&suddenly i disconnected that software continue to download?

apple computers could keep downloading if you click on the file again so you could download Safari at apple.com

Windows doesn't continues when we again connect to the Internet. We have some progams that they are specially for downlaoding especially for fast downloading. I am using DAP or Download Accelerator Plus which is useful for downloading programs, audios ...

Apple does that. If you are on Windows, try Firefox. I'm pretty sure that will let you continue after a disconnect.
