Sometimes when I least expect it, my kitty will tackle my leg or try to trip me on my way down the stairs, and one time, he left a stinky little surprise on my pillow while I was sleeping. I think he hates me.
Doesn't he realize that if he puts me in the hospital, no one will be there to feed him?

Yes, he realizes that. He thinks that you are his playmate. I would buy him some toys, maybe a scratching post (I never had much luck with that, though), and try using the toy to separate your body from his.

Your cat is not getting enough attention. Young cats are a bundle of energy.

The stinky on the pillow, you did something to make the cat upset, which also can be frustration over not enough attention. The best thing you can do is get another cat, a pal for your cat. That will keep kitty busy when you are doing other things.

Get a cat about the same age as yours and introduce by bringing the new cat in a plastic cat carrier and setting it on the floor. After a while, the two will introduce themselves and then can be together. It can take a day or more so keep the caged one in the bathroom when you are not there. That one can be then let out and have a litter pan, water and food there. Once they are comfortable together, open the cage and walk away.

The two will be able to expend their energy and solve your problem, but do take the time to give them attention.

A cat is not capable of hating you, they can get very frustrated as to why the human can not see what they need, but never hate you.

Sounds like your cat is a little pisspot who needs an attitude adjustment...but in any case, no. I've never had a cat that behaved like this. I have one that will try to climb up my back to get on top of something occasionally if I'm "in the way", but that's not because he's a brat, he's just a little goofy! I hope you've had other cats who've been better behaved...this one sounds like he gives cats a bad name!

Depends on the age if shes a kitten then yes for a while, but I recommend getting a spray bottle and lightly spray her each time she does she will learn very quick!!!! Plus it a non abrasive way to teach her!!

fisrt of all he doesnt hate you.....he attacks your legcuz he thnks you are playing with him.....to get him to stop doing that u have to play with him so he gets it out of his system.....yu have to play with him alot cuz that is how my cat is. And pottey train him to do that say most paole have a litter box in the bathroom for their cat so you get butter and but it on the buttom of his feet and lock him in the bathrrom adn then after 10 to 15 mins. let him go then he will have that sent of butter in the bathroom so when he is sniffing for a spot to go to the bathrrom then he will find his scent

Yes! Really, if you have been playing with it to hard, it makes the cat get upset thus making it kill you. I have scars everywhere. I look like I was in World War II
