Good question.... As a stress counselor the best answer is this... When you encounter something that is stressful.. and not something big but small liken this to finding a pebble.... You put it in your back pack and keep going.... Every pebble or rock you come across goes into that back pack... One or two pebbles we don't notice but after a while we build up a back pack full of pebbles and rocks and we are weighted down. We feel as if we can't carry the load any more and something has got to give... Good destressing techneques done on a daily basis will help you get going again... Exercise is one good way. Meditation, yoga, are some other ways...

The older we get the more prone to stress and other things we used to handle like hangovers etc.

Because your taking it to bed with you. Put it out the window before you go to bed, that way it wont ruin your breakfast.
On the other hand are you using enough milk.
