I lke herbal essence better, it seems to be more moisturising

Well, I think both work really well. Before switching, I used Dove. The problem with Dove was that it wasnt for my hair type. All it did was smell really good. Then I went to my sisters house and she had Herbal Essences, which was a little better than Dove. Then I was at the store trying to better my appearance by getting face sh*t and hair products. I came across Garnier Fructice (for Frizzy, Dry, and Unmanagable hair. BTW I have frizzy, dry and unmanagable hair, plus poofy and curly. So this sh*t worked great) So I would have to say the Garnier Fructise works better than Herbal Essences

I prefer Herbal Essences, besides they have more variety than Garnier Fructise. I also don't like the smell of Garnier Fructise.

garnier stresses making your hair stronger. herbal essences stresses on the smell of the shampoo.
guess I'd go with Garnier

Herbal Essences is VERY good I've heard Garnier Fructis isn't that good

I havent tried herbal essences but i like garnier because its good for all hair types and it made my hair stronger

I personally love the new line herbal essenses has! It smells great. I dont like the smell of garnier.

Well it depends on what your needs are. I find Fructis Long & Strong the best shampoos n conditioners for long hair. (although some people find fructis makes more hair fall out when you brush) But most of the H.E. styling products I find work much better than Fructis. (Except the beach hair putty, that stuff is great!) And the H.E. fruit fusions shampoos n conditioners work really great and smell way better than the Fructis does.
Try them both out and find what works for you. Remember that your hair gets used to one type of shampoo and looks much healthier if you keep changing it!

no, garnier has a good line of products for every hair type. After shower products used with shampoo/conditioner works even better
