I am terrified of public bathrooms. I always feel like someone is hiding. I normally check every stall to make sure no one is hiding. My boyfriend says I am a weird but, I can't help it. If I am in a public place I wait till someone goes in so I dont go by myself. Sometimes I go in because I cant hold anymore and I literally walk out soooo fast and looking back I feel like someone is going to get me. Does anyone have this phobia. Its so bad I am going to therapy but, I am literally scared of public bathrooms!

I don't have that phobia, but I have a couple myself. I still can't dangle my feet over the side of the bed, because I am afraid (EVen though I KNOW it's rediculous) that someone or something is under the bed, and is going to pull me under there by my feet. I've had this fear since I was a child.
I also cannot sleep with the closet door open. Or, sit on the couch with the coat closet door open. Even a crack. They have to be absolutely closed.
So, you're not alone. Hang in there.

I have a phobia of the way the general public smells. When I worked at a department store, I would always hold my breath as someone walked by and I hated the way the dressing room smelled when people left it. The same goes for any public situation really. Like concerts or on the marta train.

i cant sleep with my back turned towards the window, because when i was a child and i watched the Xfiles the UFOs entered the room via window. Im 18 now and i still need to see the window so that i can notice the ufos as soon as they enter. I know its weird, but true.
Than, im afraid of high speed. I cant ride my bicycle downhill, because im afraid that brakes will brake and that i will fall or that i will loose control ower the bike. And im also afraid when car or bus is going too fast, it really scares me!
And i suffer from mild form of social phobia and phobia from flying as well.

From what I've learned, EVERYONE has some kind of phobia. It can range from anything. Don't worry about weird phobia's...mine's weirder than that! I have a phobia of looking at knives! Big knives. I used to be so scared of knives, that I couldn't even use them for ANYTHING. It was so annoying, so I went for help. It got better, I can use them now, but I can't look at them for longer than 5 seconds or so. Phobias can be treated, bit don't worry about how weird they are!

I don't know what to tell you about the fear of the bathroom, but as for a weird phobia...

I was once at a performance at college, and somebody opened up a pack of peanut butter crackers. The girl next to her screamed, jumped up, and ran away. She was crying, and then told somebody that she's afraid of peanut butter. Not of getting peanut butter stuck to the roof of her mouth (that's called arachibutyrophobia, by the way), but afraid of peanut butter. No, she wasn't allergic. But that was probably the weirdest phobia I ever witnessed.

I'm afraid of bats... Yuck!

I have a phobia of any mold/algae/fungi. People have always laughed at me when I tell them but it's so normal to me I can't see how someone ISN'T afraid of that stuff.

Also deep water. If I'm in any body of water more than 6 feet I panic. Most of the time I'm ok in pools, but in seas and rivers... Forget it!

I guess you could call this a phobia. You know the bisquit cans you have to open and they make a popping noise when they come open from the cardboard around them. I am terrified of opening biscuit cans. I fear they will explode loudly and guess what! We dont eat them at my house. Crazy enough, but true.

I have an odd phobia of locusts.

I don't care about spiders, bees, wasps, ants, snakes...whatever.
But put a locust in the room with me and I'll tear the walls down to get out. They're big, LOUD, crunchy and look evil. I HATE THEM

I have a phobia of body parts - like innards. Especially the heart and intestines. Which is pretty bad, since they're inside me! It just creeps me out and grosses me out. I can't stand to look at even drawings of body parts.
