What repels Horse Flies Well How can I keep them away from me and my children???

For some reason on my property we havce a huge amount of Horse flies. We live in the country. But we have no animals except 23 dogs and 3 cats.... No horses or cattle of any kind....

We dont have 23 dogs.*******************************. We have 3 dogs.....****************************************

Mix up some baby oil & water mix. use a spray bottle & spray it on you, rubbing it in.
