Retail nero 7 is severely flawed. The suite of programs will not sit together. I paid £40 for a fancy box, and now have a blank cd version, downloaded as a "patch", at over 100 MegBytes. Its really the entire program, re done by Nero, After it hit the shops.
Go to the unhelpful website, and download the patch, save to disk if you reboot a lot. The thing comes up as a demo, you enter your product code off the origional box, and hopefuly that should work. nero, has been a dissappointment, with no back up, and a paid for help line, and very awkward email enquiry interface. At least on a credit card it didnt seem like "real" money wasted?
