I am looking for something in the price range of 100-150 dollars, and I want something that takes pictures without or without much delay. I also want it to have optical zoom. Any suggestions?

You have the kodak C330 For 90 dollars and very good pictures it haves 4 mp

A cheap digital with under 5 mega pixels is all about within that budget. Try to pick up a nice second hand on ebay cheap! Good luck.

I bought a few things at Refurb Depot that worked out well. Same as new with a warranty, but alot cheaper.
