I take prenatal vitamins (found at any drug store). I have always had really thick hair, but it would take forever for it to grow. When I started taking the vitamins, it helped it grow really fast and long. I have only been taking them for a couple of months and my hair started out a little below my shoulder blades and it is now down to the lower back. Also, getting it trimmed about once a month helps it grow longer and healthier.

The first thing you need is a typing class. Then get a couple of inches trimmed off so the split ends will be removed.
